We will receive a powerful sound healing session from a practitioner connected to the Lemurian lineage using the world-renowned Crystal Tones bowls.

Physical Activity

This retreat includes multiple hikes, outdoor exploration, and movement throughout the sacred sites of Mt. Shasta. Participants should be comfortable with hiking and moderate physical activity. Being in reasonable physical condition will help you fully enjoy the experiences we will share.
